Dissipation Kinetics and Risk Assessment of Diniconazole, Dinotefuran, Metconazole, and Tebuconazole in Raphanus sativus L.

This study investigated the degradation characteristics and conducted a risk assessment of four pesticides (Diniconazole, Dinotefuran, Metconazole, Tebuconazole) in leaves roots radish. Radish was cultivated two greenhouse fields, samples were collected at 0, 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 10 days after pesticide application. Sample analysis performed using LC-MS/MS, recovery rates ranged from 70.1% to 118.6%. The biological half-life Diniconazole found be 6.2 (leaf root), Dinotefuran 5.3 (leaf) 4.6 (root), Metconazole 9.3 3.2 Tebuconazole 8.0 5.1 (root). After comparing maximum residue limits (MRL) each Korea with residues during pre-harvest interval (PHI), showed Hazard quotient (HQ) exceeding indicating potential risks for true consumers. Furthermore, an HQ 0.3 or higher, significant level risk.
